Went in today for an oil change and front wheel bearings and Andy did an absolutely wonderful job! John up at the front desk is super friendly, and offered my bored five year old some of his cookies. They even offered to take me home while I waited on my car to be finished and pick me back up once it was finished. All around a GREAT group of guys and they are AWESOME at what they do!! Great place to take your car! I have never had mechanics who were so reliable, friendly, and actually treated me like a real person. I really miss living in Dayton and being able to take my car here. Unfortunately since I moved out of Dayton this is no longer possible. I can't emphasize enough the quality of service I got here. I became Weber's customer after searching on google website because I just moved in and doesn't speak English very well as a foreigner. I really want to find a reliable and affordable shop for my 2 cars. As a service of maintenance shop, this is definitely in good attitude to serve his customer. Actually, I have been some other shops and didn't feel very well at all. However, John and his staff always give me great suggestion no matter how many question I had to his technician. They always give me better solution for my problem and patiently discuss and explain the reason of car's failure as well as some advices in near future. In my last repair, he also stood at customer's point of view to expedite and fix my car in a timely manner, and also waive a part which may cost me 50-60 dollars due to its' failure after replacement of tension pulley. Which owner would like to take responsibility on the cost? I believe no one else, except him. I will keep staying here for two more years and Weber's shop will still be the one I can trust and do maintenance in the future. I do really appreciate they fix my car on time and make my Chicago trip smooth. Thanks a lot! - Terence C.
The older I get, the more I appreciate and notice good customer service - whether if I am the customer or not. Now, recently I have been having trouble with my car's muffler. I tried talking to someone from Tire Discounters and instead of helping my problem, he continued to tell me other "problems" with my car. When I went to Weber's Automobile Service, they addressed my problem and charged me at an affordable price that I would have not seen at any automotive franchise. Thank you to John Weber and his employees for all you have done!
