| I was on my way from Georgia to Michigan, headed up I-75. We lost power to the engine just past exit 50, and had to pull over. We left the car idling, and power resumed making it possible to get to exit 51 where we turned into a hotel parking lot at 8:30 PM. I realized we probably needed a new alternator, so I looked for repair shops in the area. Weber's was 4 miles away, and had great reviews. Being from out of town always worries you, whether you can trust an automotive shop or not. I drove the 4 miles in the fog at 7 AM, and sat in the parking lot awaiting their opening time. They opened a little early, and I walked into their lobby and spoke to Andy I believe his name was. He presented with a cordial demeanor, and tried to put me at ease. He asked about the car, how it happened, when and where. I think he could tell I was a but wary about being from out of town, and he let me know he would take care of me and get the car looked at right away in order to get on the road. While I waited in the waiting room we talked in between customers, and I could tell this guy was "real," not fake at all. We had common life experiences, and I could see he would become a friend if I lived in Dayton. Before they diagnosed the problem, the owner came in the front door and introduced himself. We got to talking and discovered some common interests (guitar and music), and he gave me a CD of his band. He offered me a sausage biscuit, and took me on a tour of their shop. I learned the history of the shop and his families commitment to their neighbors. To cut to the chase, they fixed my car, and had me and my wife and kids on the road by 11 AM. To say I was impressed with their service is impressed is a major understatement. I can't really put it into words what it meant to be treated this way from out of town. I felt like I WAS a neighbor. The only thing bad about Weber's is they are 550 miles from my house in Georgia. |

| Everyone was super friendly and provided great service. I called and they got my car in same day and back to me next day. They also went out of their way to stay open a few minutes later than normal so I could drop my car off after work and let me stand inside to avoid the cold until my ride came. Great place to get service on your car. |

| I had an unexpected tire blowout. Had my car towed to Weber's and they got and installed a new tire while I waited. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I will continue with them for all my automotive repair needs. |

| I still had an oil leaking from drain plug after servicing. They took the car back in and changed the oil again and replaced the plug at no cost. Nice customer service. The brake job they did on my old 2006 Nissan was the best I have ever had done. Cleaned head light lenses to new condition. |

| John, Andy, and the rest of the crew are excellent as always. Professionalism always when someone works on my car. Webers treat every car like it's their own. They try to get cars in as quick as possible. Not many "pop" stores around. If you want great quality work..Webers is the place to be. Trust these guys to fix your cars needs. |
